Jacob Blazzard, PA-C

Jake was born and raised in Lewiston Idaho. After graduating from LHS in 1994, Jake played football at Ricks College and then served an LDS Mission to Sydney Australia for 2 years. When returning home, he married the love of his life, Deborah Taylor and they are the parents of 4 children. Jake pursued a Masters in Physician Assistant Studies at Rocky Mountain in Billings MT. After graduating in 2005, Jake became a part of the National Health Service Corp, and served in Saratoga WY for 4 years, helping and assisting the wonderful people there in rural/wilderness medicine. He came back to the Valley in 2009 and after a year working in an Urgent Care, joined Dr Walter Williams in Dermatology. Jake did have a stent working with Pediatrics and Adolescent Health. He came back to Dermatology in 2021 and has enjoyed the challenge, continual learning, and joy of seeing people overcome challenges to their skin and health. Jake is thankful to be a part of a great team of Health Care Providers at the Dermatology and Skin Cancer Center.

Jake and Debbie love just spending time together, traveling, hiking, camping, and watching their children, and now grandchildren, progress and learn along the path. They can be found in many gyms and sporting events as this is a big part of their lives. Jake looks forward to meeting you and learning your story.
